SUMMARY :
When her grandfather grows more ill, Daisy Blumenthal and her sister, Iris, decide to pack up and move to Mystic Falls so they can help their grandmother run the family business, manage the household, and help take care of their bed-ridden grandfather, all the while uncovering a family secret that was buried deep and dealing with the chaos that is soon to come their way in the quaint Virginian town. And amidst all the chaos, there happened to be a kind boy with a charming smile that managed to worm his way into the heart of Daisy Blumenthal.

─ Due to the theme of your now trilogy of books (death and dasies), I made sure to stick the theme by naming her Daisy and having the plot revolve around death. I also made it a slow burn like you asked. Hopefully this works out with the current plans of Dead Ringer and Eleventh Hour!

─ This story is a slowburn. Daisy and Jeremy don't get together until season five. They will, however, develope their crushes in season four.

─ The Blumenthal family are a family of Nymphs, a supernatural being that has the ability to control nature. Each Nymph is born with a different ability revolving around nature. For most of the Blumenthal family, they can control as well as speak to flowers and plants, but there a few Blumenthal's (Ambrosia, Viscaria, and Iris) who are water Nymphs and can control water.

─ Nymphs tend to mind their own business, which is how Daisy's grandparents haven't been found out in Mystic Falls yet, despite having lived there all their lives. But, of course, Daisy isn't one to mind her own business and she eventually gets involved in the chaos.

─ Feel free to play around with the summary to include lore about Nymphs if you'd like!

─ The Blumenthal family is rather big and some of the family members may pop up here and there, but the story really just focuses on Daisy, Iris, and their grandparents.

─ The order of the Blumenthal daughters goes as followed: Ambrosia and Viscaria (identical twins; 26), Iris (23), Daisy (18), Jasmine (14), Poppy (10) and Lily (6). Their mother is Forsythia Blumenthal and their late father was Roderick Andersen. Their maternal grandparents are Petunia Blumenthal and Walter Sanders.

─ Their father died in what their mother told them was a car accident, but the real cause of his death is a secret. It's important to the plot and will be explained through PM.

─ Also, in case you're wondering, Nymphs do get married, but they never take their spouses name. It's tradition for a Nymph to keep the surname of the first Nymph in their family. The Blumenthal name goes way back. Four centuries, in fact.

─ Daisy is a very bright and optimistic girl. She is sarcastic and witty and compassionate, and very curious. She isn't one to back down from a challenge either. Daisy is always wearing bright colors, floral printed shirts, jean jackets, and you never see her without her favourite pair of yellow high tops. She usually has flora hair clips or headbands in her hair, and she loves the colors pink, yellow and purple most of all.

─ The story begins during the summer of 2010 (when Stefan is off with Klaus). Daisy and her elder sister, Iris, have just moved to Mystic Falls from Florida, because their grandfather is ill and their grandmother is overwhelmed with running the flower shop and taking care of him.

─ The family business (a.k.a. the flower shop) that her grandparents own is called The Enchanted Florist and it's located seven doors down from the Mystic Grill. You can change the name of the shop if you'd like.

─ Daisy is swept into the chaos when she is closing up the shop one evening and runs into Caroline, who is leaving the Mystic Grill. Caroline realizes that she is new in town and because she is Caroline, she immediately wants to befriend the new girl and get to know her. She suggests they hang out some time.

─ Daisy will hang out with Caroline, who eventually introduces her to Elena, Bonnie, Jeremy, etc. She finds them all interesting people, but isn't quite sure what is different about some of them.

─ Daisy asks her grandmother if there are any other supernaturals in Mystic Falls and her grandmother most likely laughs before listing off the people in town who aren't human. Her grandmother knows who all the supernaturals are because the plants (which are everywhere, therefore basically see everything that goes on in town) whisper to her, warning her of the danger some people may pose toward them as Nymphs.

─ Daisy visits the Gilbert home one day and when she notices several uncared for planets, she frowns. Because, as a Flower Nymph, she can feel the plants pain as it sits there, silently dying. She uses her powers to restore them and whoever is nearby sees what she did and automatically assumes that she is a Witch. She will go on to reveal what she is to the group.

─ After the gang learns about what she is, Daisy will discover her family's (more like her mother and grandparents) dirty little secret about her father's death from Morrigan Baudelaire in your fic, Dead Ringer, because Morrigan had been the one to walk Daisy's father toward peace in the Afterlife.

─ There's obviously more to be said about this plot, but instead of going into explicit detail of episode to episode, I'll just PM the timeline.
